Shipping & Delivery
The order & delivery consists of 3 parts:
1) Order processing: Please note we require 1 to 5 working days for processing the order depending on the product and shipping location which includes verification/security checks of order details, quality inspection of the product before shipping and packaging.
2) Transit time: 7-14 working days
3) Total order delivery time: 2-3 weeks
Below are estimated delivery timescales with our Free Tracked Standard Shipping. Depending on factors like delivery address & shipping warehouse used for order fulfilment some orders may be faster or slower than others.
USA, Canada, U.K & EUROPE: 1-3 weeks
AUSTRALIA & New Zealand: 2-4 weeks
Rest of the Countries: 3-5 weeks
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping update email with your tracking number. To track your package simply click on the link provided in the email. Please note: Tracking information may not be available straightaway after you receive your Shipping Update email & generally takes 3-5 days to become live as the parcel tracking will only start after the initial parcel scan and between scans when the parcel is handled. This is standard practise with international packages and does affect the delivery date.
Most orders will be delivered by the National postal service of the respective countries & you can also use their tracking tools to track your order. Below are the links for few countries.

For most countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees or duties. However, in cases where it needs to be paid as per your countries' levying rules which is dependent on your location, product ordered and order cost, it will the buyers responsibility to pay such costs.
WILL MULTIPLE ITEMS IN SINGLE ORDER SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
We may split your order into multiple shipments & separate packages for logistical reasons or when a single order contains products from different suppliers. Please account for this when receiving deliveries. We will, however, keep you duly updated about your order delivery & dispatch information about each item after you have placed an order with us.
CANCELING/AMENDING ORDER OR ADDRESS
Orders may be canceled or changed if they have not been processed and shipped. You can cancel/change your order or make changes to your shipping information generally within 24 hrs after you place the order. We will only ship to confirmed delivery address from the payment provider like paypal. Unfortunately, after that we may be unable to cancel the order & you'll have to follow our returns process to return the item back.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
To ensure that your parcel reaches you, please make sure that the delivery address entered is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will have to bear any additional costs incurred to ship to the correct address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
* Free Tracked Shipping is offered to all the destinations where we can ship the order. We don't ship to certain countries and regions.
