Returns & Refunds

Our endeavour is that you are happy & delighted with your purchase from us. However, occasionally you may need to return a product back. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.


Returns:

30 days return policy: You may return the product back to us if you change your mind within 30 days of your order delivery. After 30 days of receiving the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You are responsible for safe return of the product at your cost to the address provided by us. Products must be returned unused, packaged in their original state, with all of their accessories and without any modifications. Products must be returned only after contact with us and are recommended to be sent by tracked delivery. Any loss or damage in transit to us will be sender’s liability. We will process the refund as soon as possible & within 7 days after we receive the product back.

There are certain types of goods which are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, intimate or sanitary goods, some health and personal care items, gift cards, custom or made to order products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, perishable goods such as food & flowers. Clearance items which are clearly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned for refund or exchange (except for damaged or wrong items).

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Defective/Faulty product return or Exchange:

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your goods on arrival or you find that there are any faults or defects then please send us a message as soon as possible and within 3 days of receiving the order. We will do our very best to rectify any issues which may include replacement or refund of your order, but please note our liability is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods delivered, we do not pay compensation beyond these limits.

For the return of defective products, please contact us with photos/videos showing the defective product. We will send you a return address to send the items back and once the order is received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement or refund or our store credit/gift voucher as per your instruction. Any refund which has to be processed will be paid back to the original method of payment within 7 days.

Cancellations before delivery:

If you change your mind for any reason after having placed your order, you may cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us as soon as possible and within 24 hrs of purchase. Unfortunately, once the order is dispatched we are unable to cancel the order & you will have to follow our returns procedure. 

Refunds:

All refunds will be reimbursed back to your original payment method and generally takes 2-5 working days to show on your account statement after it's been sent by us.
