We aim to answer any questions or queries as soon as possible and within 24 hrs.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping update email with your tracking number. To track your package simply click on the link provided in the email.

Most orders will be delivered by the National postal service of the respective countries (for e.g USA delivery will be done by USPS, UK delivery will be done by Royal Mail). For more information about shipping & delivery you can click here.

We offer multiple currency option in our store. However, if your credit/debit card or paypal is based in another currency than the one offered by our store, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

We will only ship to a confirmed delivery address which is registered with your payment method.

We securely accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Only a single promotion or discount codes will be valid with one order and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
